Amber is a resin, so contrary to real stone, it has an oil that your body absorbs over time that soothes major joint pain. For effective results, it’s best to wear daily! It is gentle enough to sleep in, and particularly effective at night while the body restores itself. It’s recommended to take amber off when in a pool or while enjoying prolonged water time, and to use a gentle, soft cloth to clean it with (please, no soapy water on your amber!)
